drive to the west coast and the Isle of Skye.
Fort Augustus has very good facilities including a Post office,
Newsagents, Butchers, Grocers, Bank, Cash Points, Garage, Medical
Centre and Bars and Restaurants. Running through the centre of the
village is The Caledonian Canal and a flight of five locks.
