and garden to the rear. Dining table and chairs. Electric cooker and
hob, oil fired "rayburn" controlling the heating and hot water, 2
hobs and second oven. Microwave oven. Television. View from kitchen

Utility room
Washing machine and tumble drier. Large fridge freezer and
dishwasher - door leading to W.C. Door to rear garden.

Windows to front overlooking the river, and large patio doors
overlooking the rear garden. Stone feature fireplace with real flame
gas fire. Large comfortable leather sofa and chairs. Television and
Radio / CD player, DVD and VCR, Spiral staircase leading to first
floor.

riverside patio.

You can park on the gravelled area at the front of the house, and
there is additional parking very close by.
